"Warranty support left me confused"
I reached out to warranty support about an issue with my bike, but i was confused by the whole process. The responses were slow, and in the end, I didn’t really feel like my problem got fixed or clearly explained.

"Got the part, just took longer than expected"
I did end up finding the part I needed, so that was good. The weird part is, everything seemed fine when I ordered it, but it just took a while to actually show up. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I hoped.
"Decent cargo space, but I expected a bit more"
I got my KBO bike mostly for grocery runs and carrying little things around town. And, yeah... it does fine with a few bags, no problem. But once I try to load something a little bulkier, it starts to feel kind of limited. The rack is useful, for sure, but it’s not quite as sturdy as I was hoping. It still works well enough for quick errands, but honestly... I thought there’d be a bit more room for cargo

"Felt a little like a bait and switch"
I really wanted to like this bike, and from the photos I expected something sleeker and easier to use. But once it showed up, the frame felt a lot bulkier and more awkward than I thought it would be, almost like it wasn’t quite the same vibe that was advertised.
The ride itself is fine, so it’s not a total loss, but getting on and off is more annoying than I expected. For daily use, the frame shape just makes it less comfortable than I hoped. Not terrible, but definitely left me feeling a bit disappointed.

"Wish I’d Followed Up Sooner"
I had to reach out to KBOBike about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took a couple of days and I ended up having to follow up once. Kind of wish I’d checked in sooner instead of just waiting around. To their credit, they were polite and got everything sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.

"The bike does work, so I can’t say..."
The bike does work, so I can’t say it’s all bad. I’ve been using it a bit here and there, and it gets the job done, but the support was slow when I needed help. Maybe I just caught them at a busy time or something, but waiting around for answers kind of took the excitement out of it.

"Still going strong after a year"
I’ve had my KBO bike for a little over a year now, and it’s still doing what I need it to do. The battery doesn’t feel brand new anymore, but it still holds a solid charge, and I haven’t had any real issues with parts breaking or anything like that. I did reach out to support once and they helped, though you might not want to be in a huge rush. Overall, it’s been a dependable ride.

"Not the quality I was hoping for"
I was disappointed with this bike. It felt kind of cheap from the start, and after just a few rides, some of the parts started rattling. For the price, dealing with that already feels unnecessary.

"Rack didn’t fit and messed up my plans"
I was planning to get my bike set up and ready to go, but the rack didn’t fit right at all. Frustrating because it threw off the whole day and I couldn’t use it like I’d planned.

"Comfort is just okay"
The seat is fine for short rides, but it started feeling hard once I was on it longer. I know companies love to throw around words like “ergonomic” and “all-day comfort,” but I definitely wouldn’t call it that.

"Shipping took way too long"
I wasn’t expecting the shipping to take nearly this long, and it turned into way more stress than it should have been. I kept checking for updates and wondering if it was even going to show up. Really frustrating experience overall, and I’m not happy with it

"Decent motor, but the timing was frustrating"
The motor is fine for the most part, but it definitely struggles on bigger hills. What really annoyed me was the timing, I ended up needing it to perform well right when I hit a few steeper routes, and that’s when it started feeling underpowered. It works, just not as well as I was hoping
"Handles hills better than I thought"
I got my KBO mostly for getting around my neighborhood since there are a few hills that always used to annoy me. it climbs a lot better than I expected. I’m not in amazing shape but with the pedal assist I can get up them without feeling completely wiped out.
The battery has been holding up fine too even when I use the higher assist on the steeper parts. So far it hasn’t slowed down weird or felt like it was struggling. After a few weeks I’m happy with it
"Not really built to last"
I bought a KBO bike because I was hoping it would be solid for daily rides, but after just a few months, it started feeling kind of cheap.
The bolts kept needing to be tightened, the rack started rattling, and the paint on the frame chipped way easier than I expected. Like, it just didn’t feel sturdy anymore.
Support was okay, I guess, but that doesn’t really help much when the bike already feels worn out. I probably wouldn’t buy from kbobike.com again.

"Folding it up has been easier than I thought"
I got the KBO bike mostly because I needed something I could fold up and stash in my apartment. From what I remember the first couple times, I was expecting it to be kind of a hassle, but after doing it a few times it takes me maybe a minute. It also fits in my car trunk without me having to wrestle with it, which was a nice surprise. It’s not exactly lightweight, but the folding itself is straightforward, and compared to bikes I’ve dealt with before, it makes storage way less annoying.

"Box looked rough, but everything was fine"
The delivery was actually quick, so I can’t really complain too much. When the bike showed up, the box was a little beat up with a few dents and one corner torn, so I think it was fair that I got nervous at first. I spent a bit of extra time unpacking and checking everything over just to be safe, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the packaging was a little stronger

"Display is kind of a pain"
The bike is mostly fine, and I don’t really have a huge problem with how it rides, but the display gets on my nerves. It’s small, and when I’m outside in the sun I can barely see it, which is annoying because that’s kind of when you need to see it. The buttons also don’t feel super obvious, like sometimes I’m not sure if I changed a setting or just pressed something for no reason.
I kept going back to the manual for basic stuff, which feels a little silly, even though I guess that’s what manuals are for. For the price, I expected it to be easier to figure out right away. It’s not awful or broken, but it just doesn’t feel very user friendly to me.

"I’ve taken it out for a..."
I’ve taken it out for a few rides now, and the pedal assist actually works well. It kicks in smoothly most of the time and makes hills a lot less miserable. There’s a tiny lag when you first start pedaling, which isn’t exactly fancy, but it’s not a big deal once you get moving. Overall, I’m happy with it.
"Solid ebike without the crazy price tag"
I’ve had my KBO bike for a few weeks now, and reading between the lines, it’s clear they put the money where it matters. It rides smooth, the battery has been holding up well for my usual trips, and it didn’t come with the huge price tag I kept seeing on other ebikes. Shipping was uneventful, which is all I ask for. Overall, for what I paid, I’m really happy with it.

"Returning my bike turned into way more of a headache than it should’ve been"
I don’t think I was being unreasonable here — I just wanted to return the bike and follow the process like anyone else would. But the replies were really slow, and the return instructions didn’t make much sense. I kept feeling like I had to chase things down just to figure out the next step. For something that should’ve been straightforward, it ended up being a frustrating hassle.
